Weekend Scenes

It's a lazy recap I know. But we didn't do much...which is exactly how I like it. We had a great time soaking up the sun and hanging out on the dock. The pies turned out ok....I just need some more practice. I did learn not to make a strawberry pie ahead of time because the crust will get soggy...huh procrastinating is a good thing after all...and that using a pre-made pie crust is perfectly acceptable, especially when yours is not the greatest...but no one died of food poisoning so I guess that is something....you have to always look at the bright side.
